Program

Did you know that 68% of customers do not repeat business with you because of perceived indifference? What a staggering statistic! There is a strategy to increase client retention, client referrals and new client acquisition: Relationship Marketing. When you distinguish yourself from others in your field by practicing Friendship, Celebration and Kindness, your ROI of time and energy grows exponentially. This presentation will examine the impact of a card as a valuable tool in your sales arsenal.

Presenter

MARCIA WHYTE, a longtime sales professional, knows the value of showing appreciation to others. Throughout her career, she has maintained lasting relationships with clients by remembering her ‘Golden Rule’ of sales: “The relationship always trumps the transaction!” The practice has served her well … resulting in bringing past clients into other ventures when she changed career directions. Her passion is to empower other professionals to develop the same mindset. As an ordained minister/former pastor, her listening skills help her identify root problems in workplace cultures, which positions her to craft messages and design workshops to help change attitudes and perspectives — from the C-level suites to the custodian closet. Businesses and organizations are more productive when operating under the mantra: “Teamwork Makes The Dreamwork!”, she says!
