So Boomers and Millennials can’t get along. The greatest Generation are mostly retired, and the Generation X parents are wary of the Generation Z kids. WE are continuously bombarded by the notion that the multi-generation workplace is a vast array of land mines and friction that causes constant tension for everyone.
